Clyde Bergemann Power Group establishes two new companies in Turkey and India

Wesel, Germany, October 2013– The Clyde Bergemann Power Group (CBPG), a global enterprise, providing innovative products and services for energy related industries, has recently established two new subsidiaries, Clyde Bergemann Enerji Servis A. S. in Izmir, Turkey (CBTU) and Clyde Bergemann Controls Private Limited in Vadodara, India (CBCON).
CBTU is a joint venture between the Clyde Bergemann Power Group (60 %) and the Turkish EMC Power Services A. S. With the establishment of CBTU the group is now able to address the tremendous market opportunities in the country and be closer to its customers. The team will primarily support the group companies in sales and service issues for all business fields, namely on-load boiler cleaning and ash handling, combustion gas control and cleaning, energy recovery and air cooled condensers. In a next step, own project execution and local content capabilities are to be build up.
Clyde Bergemann Controls was founded to support the CBPG companies with innovative controls and automation solutions and support them in managing their Asian projects. Sandeep Shah, an experienced controls and automation specialist and long-term employee of Clyde Bergemann Atlanta, USA, will take over the position as Manager Director and become a minority shareholder (24 %) of CBCON.
