Turbo Services

Sulzer Rotating Equipment Services, a division of Sulzer, specializes in repairing and maintaining all brands of turbo machinery including gas and steam turbines as well as large compressors.

The specialized machining and welding facilities enable Sulzer to deliver a comprehensive service through local service centers as well as on-site services. Experienced design and manufacturing teams can create replacement components as well as upgrades to improve performance.

Electro-Mechanical Services

Technical expertise and engineering capabilities, within the Electro-Mechanical Services (EMS) division, offers complete maintenance and repair services for motors and generators. In addition, Sulzer EMS is an authorized dealer for new motors.

Sulzer is equipped to repair AC motors up to 20,000 HP, DC motors up to 10,000 HP and rewind generators up to 100 MW. Services also include repairs to traction and wheel motors, gearboxes, blowers and fans as well as providing specialist welding and fabrication work.
