The Branford Group to Conduct 2-Day Online Auction For GE Power- Alstom Power, Inc.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Branford Group, a global industrial auction company, will conduct a 2-day online auction arranged by GE Capital, Industrial Finance, to sell the surplus assets of GE Power- Alstom Power, Inc. located at 1201 Riverfront Parkway, Chattanooga, Tennessee.

GE Power- Alstom Power, Inc. manufactured steam turbines and the facility has the capacity to manufacture the largest steam turbines in the world. The modern facility is 350,000 sq. ft. with state-of-the-art equipment. Most of the equipment was purchased in 2010 or newer and is in excellent condition. The online auction will open on Tuesday, December 6^th and will have closing days on both Wednesday, December 7^th and Thursday, December 8^th.
