HOUSTON, TX, January 20, 2014 – For over 60 years, CIRCOR Energy, a leading global manufacturer of valves, pipeline pigging and other highly engineered products, has been providing its customers with integrated flow control solutions for the most critical and severe service applications.
To continue to meet customer expectations, and the demands of the world’s increasingly complex energy infrastructure, the company announced the consolidation of 13 business units from the CIRCOR Flow Technologies group into its organization, and will restructure all of its commercial businesses to more closely align with customer-facing end markets.
The resulting changes will enable CIRCOR Energy to provide customers with:

- More manufacturing facilities strategically located throughout the world, supported by a global network of sales and service, and distributor partner offices
- A partner dedicated to continuously improving its customers’ ability to control, manage, measure and regulate the safe and efficient use of fluids and other natural resources
Primary global end markets served by the expanded organization include oil and gas (upstream, midstream and downstream), power and process (generation, industrial and general process, commercial and institutional facilities and maritime), and alternative fuels.
CIRCOR Energy’s extensive portfolio will feature application-specific solutions comprised of: ball and control valves from 1/8” – 64”, fittings, regulators, actuators, sampling systems, pressure devices, steam conditioning systems, pipeline pigging, flow assurance and cleaning services, as well as a broad array of associated products.
The company conducts business throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and will strategically leverage its existing global infrastructure to deliver the CIRCOR Energy portfolio to its key markets, and form more collaborative relationships with its customers.
As part of the consolidation of business units from the Flow Technologies group, CIRCOR’s Aerospace & Defense group will also add products lines to its portfolio. This will further strengthen its positions in fluid controls, actuation systems, landing gear systems, pneumatic controls, electro-mechanical controls and European based, defense-oriented businesses.
