Hannover Fairs USA to host International Pavilions at 2014 ELECTRIC POWER

Rockville, MD, Tuesday, September 10, 2013–Access Intelligence announced today that it has created a strategic alliance with Hannover Fairs USA to produce international pavilions on their ELECTRIC POWER show floor, as well as contribute new, relevant content to the conference programs.

ELECTRIC POWER 2014 will take place April 1-3, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA, and serves the power generation market. Known for its executive-level conference content, ELECTRIC POWER boasts nine dedicated tracks of programing focused on developments across all fuel sectors, examining the full range of co-generation options and covering new technology. The ELECTRIC POWER Conference is complimented by an exhibit show floor with more than 250 solution providers and is co-located with the PRB Coal Users’ Group, the Plant Management Institute, Women in Power, the Combined Cycle Users’ Group and for the first time EPEC (ELECTRIC POWER Executive Conference).

“This strategic alliance capitalizes on our respective strengths,” said Don Pazour, CEO of Access Intelligence. “Hannover Fairs is the U.S. subsidiary of the largest organizer of energy shows in the world, Deutsche Messe, and this new alliance will allow them to better serve the U.S. market through our flagship energy event – ELECTRIC POWER.”

“With Germany’s long-standing leadership in automation and renewable energy technology, transported globally through the extensive network of Deutsche Messe, the partnership between Hannover Fairs and Access Intelligence will contribute significantly to the international knowledge transfer and best practice exchange in these important aspects of our economies,” Larry Turner, CEO of Hannover Fairs USA adds.

“Intelligent power infrastructure topics such as utility control solutions, distribution automation, grid-integration of renewables, grid storage, and demand-side management targeting utility managers, project developers, TSOs, commercial and industrial end users, regulators and other energy professionals will be the focus of our cooperation at ELECTRIC POWER.”

Deutsche Messe’s signature trade fair HANNOVER MESSE Energy (7-11 April 2014) is the world’s leading meeting place for stakeholders in renewable and conventional power generation, power supply, transmission, distribution and storage. At the shows last installment some 109,000 attendees observed once again the cutting-edge technologies of over 1,000 exhibitors that will play a significant role in the energy mix of the future. Energy’s international sister events in Brazil and Turkey provide a trusted platform under the same time-proven brand to solution providers exploring business opportunities in these promising new markets. The partnership with Access Intelligence will facilitate U.S. market access for Deutsche Messe clients while at the same time increasing the international profile of ELECTRIC POWER.
