PXiSE announces Tim Allen as new President and CEO

January 2, 2023 — PXiSE Energy Solutions enthusiastically announces that effective January 1, 2023, Tim Allen has assumed leadership as President and CEO. Tim brings more than 22 years of experience across utility-scale solar, wind and energy storage projects, software controls, investor-owned utility, independent power producer and pure developer realms. His unique set of skills, beginning with an Electrical Engineering degree from CalPoly, San Luis Obispo, CA, offers seasoned perspectives and relationships positioning him perfectly to lead PXiSE into the future. For the past year as COO, Tim offered guidance and expertise as PXiSE readied to become a global leader. As CEO, Tim will hone PXiSE’s strategic direction, grow and develop the organization, and strengthen partnerships.

Former CEO/co-founder Patrick Lee has transitioned to the role of PXiSE executive advisor where he will focus on technology and strategic business development. Under Patrick’s leadership, PXiSE products grew to control nearly 2,000 MW of assets – contributing significantly to the transformation toward 100% renewable electric grids around the world.

With Tim already fully integrated in PXiSE’s day-to-day operations, and his commitment to building a customer-centric organization, PXiSE customers will continue to receive a high level of quality engagement and support.

The leadership change ensures Patrick’s vision will persist while empowering Tim to bring PXiSE into a new growth phase supported by Yokogawa and its global affiliates, partners, and with the dedication of PXiSE’s visionary staff.
