The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled against the Trump administration’s order to keep the J.H. Campbell coal-fired power plant in Michigan operating. The decision that could impact other orders that have been issued to keep U.S. coal-fired power plants operating past their scheduled retirement dates.
