Avantus

U.S.-based clean energy group Avantus, along with Toyota Tsusho America (TAI), announced completion of the 159-MW Norton Solar Project in Runnels County, Texas. The companies on March 18 said TAI has entered into a long-term virtual power purchase agreement with Toyota Motor North America for the full output of the solar facility.

Clean energy provider Avantus said it has closed a financing package of more than $300 million with Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) and the New York branch of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce for the Kitt Solar and Energy Storage Project in Pinal County, Arizona.

A major U.S. solar power developer announced it has a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Arizona Public Service (APS) for the energy produced from the Kitt Solar Project.
