OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

I. Description of Sweepstakes Offer

The “Win a Apple Watch” ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Access Intelligence, LLC, 9211 Corporate BLVD, 4th Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 ("Sponsor").  Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize to one (1) winner, selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period (defined below in Section III). This Contest is subject to specific restrictions, qualifications, and conditions that are listed below.  OFFER VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

II. Description of Prize

The Grand Prize is an Apple Watch Sport 38mm Space Gray Aluminum Case with Black Sport Band.  One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to a qualified winner.  The verified retail value of the Grand Prize is $299.00.  The total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period determines the odds of being chosen the Grand Prize winner. 

Prizes are not transferable, assignable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prizes.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any of the prizes published above.  In order to receive prizes in the Sweepstakes, the winner is not required to purchase any goods or services, pay any money or submit to any sales promotion effort.  Winners may be required to sign waivers and releases in order to receive prizes.

III. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes promotion begins on July 25, 2016 at 9:00 am Eastern Time (ET) and ends August 8, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").  All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.  No entries after the Promotion Period closes will be considered eligible for the prize drawing.  IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ENTRANTS:  EACH ENTRANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE CORRESPONDING TIME ZONE IN HIS/HER RESPECTIVE JURISDICTION.

IIV. Eligibility

No purchase is necessary to win.  The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry in the Sweepstakes and who own a computer with Internet access.  To be eligible to win, entries must be received by Sponsor in the format designated in Section IV below.  The Sweepstakes is not open to people under 18 years of age or officers, directors, or employees of Sponsor, or its affiliates, licensees, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, or members of the immediate family or household of each.  The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.  By entering, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. 

IV. How to Enter

The only way to enter the Sweepstakes is by filling out and submitting an entry form online at http://partners.powermag.com/general-electric-apm-quiz.php(“Website”).  To enter online, complete the online entry form provided at the Website.  By completing the online entry form, you are agreeing to be notified by e-mail if you are the winner of a prize in the Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person  or e-mail address.  Entrants that submit more than one entry form may be disqualified.  Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Collection and handling of personally identifiable information will be in accordance with the Privacy Policy as posted on the Website.  Names of entrants may be shared with partner companies.

VI. Drawing and Awarding of Sweepstakes Prize

A random drawing will occur on or before the 10th day after the close of the Promotion Period from all eligible and correctly completed entries received.  Entrants need not be present to win.  The Grand Prize winner will be notified by e-mail within 10 days of the random drawing(s).  The names of the Grand Prize winner will be posted on the Website and/or notified by email to those who entered the sweepstakes.  The Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release within 14 days of attempted delivery.  If any winner fails to comply with these Official Sweepstakes Rules, fails to execute and return the required documents within 14 days of attempted delivery or fails to respond to a prize notification, then that person will be disqualified and an alternative Sweepstakes winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.  In the event that the alternative Sweepstakes winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, fails to execute and return the required documents within 14 days of attempted delivery or fails to respond to the prize notification, then the alternative Sweepstakes winner will be disqualified and no additional alternate Sweepstakes winner will be chosen, in which event, a prize may not be awarded.  All taxes are the responsibility of the winners.  Submitting a Sweepstakes entry constitutes permission to post the name of the Grand Prize winner on the Sponsor’s website and the use of the winner’s name and hometown for purposes of advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law.  

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant indemnifies and agrees to keep indemnified the Sponsor harmless at all times from and against any liability, claims, demands, losses, awards, damages, costs and expenses: (i) resulting from any act, default or omission of the entrant and/or a breach of any warranty set forth herein; (ii) caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes and/or use or acceptance of the Grand Prize won, except to the extent that any death or personal injury is caused by the negligence of the Sponsor; or (iii) for or in respect of which the Sponsor will or may become liable by reason of or related or incidental to any act, default or omission by the entrant under these Official Sweepstakes Rules including without limitation resulting from or in relation to any breach, non-observance, act or omission whether negligent or otherwise, pursuant to these Official Sweepstakes Rules by the entrant.

VII. Miscellaneous

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws in the United States. Void where prohibited by law and in any country except the United States.  Sponsor may prohibit entrants from participating in the Sweepstakes and disqualify entries if they attempt to enter the Sweepstakes through means not described in the rules, attempt to disrupt the Sweepstakes or circumvent the rules, act in an un-sportsmanlike manner or with an intent to annoy or harass any other entrant or sponsor(s). Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or Promoters, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. All decisions are final. Sponsor makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the Sweepstakes prize including, but not limited to, quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Sweepstakes rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to the conflicts of laws or principles thereof.  Entrants agree that any and all claims, disputes and causes of action arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by the appropriate Maryland state courts sitting in Montgomery county, Maryland or the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland sitting in Greenbelt, Maryland, and the parties irrevocably agree to said forum.

Entrants agree that Sponsor shall not be liable for, and entrants hereby discharge and release Sponsor from all losses or injuries of any kind resulting from: (i) acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of the Grand Prize, (ii) participation in the Sweepstakes, (iii) individual, joint or collective technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer on-line system, computer equipment, hardware and/or software, or (iv) any delay or distortion of an entry resulting from data transmissions that are garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Sweepstakes Rules.  Entrants also agree that Sponsor are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant or third person’s computer related to or resulting from the Sweepstakes.  The Sponsor are not liable for damage to a user’s computer system (including, without limitation, any server failure or lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction) due, either directly or indirectly, to an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading of information in connection with the Sweepstakes. 

The Sweepstakes winner(s) understands and agrees that Sponsor intends to publish online and possibly in print the name and photograph of the winner. The Sweepstakes winner understands that without further compensation by accepting the prize the winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and/or a liability/publicity release.

Sponsor makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize including, but not limited to, quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
